Our story
Simeon Meehan founded Meridian Facility Solutions after seeing how often businesses get passed between vendors who don’t coordinate with each other: one company for the floors, another for the lights, a third for the grounds, and nobody owning the result. He knows the frustration firsthand — as a shift worker, he’s seen what happens when the work doesn’t get done. Meridian is built so a facility manager has a single point of contact who follows through on the work and takes responsibility for the outcome.
Meridian Facility Solutions is based in Fairfield, California and begins operations in January 2027.

Simeon Meehan founded Meridian Facility Solutions after years of hands-on work in facility operations and commercial services across the Bay Area. He has operated industrial equipment, managed schedules and budgets, and coordinated with vendors and teams in his own work. He started Meridian to give facility managers one dependable point of contact for the work done in their buildings.
One point of accountability
Many facilities juggle separate vendors for cleaning, grounds, and maintenance, each with its own contact and schedule. Meridian is designed to manage that work under one agreement. We scope the requirements, assign trained crews and vetted partners, and run quality control ourselves, so you have one contact for scheduling, issues, and reporting.
